I have a very physical and stressful job, so I thought that back pain, knee pain, headaches, etc. were just a part of my middle-aged life. Finally someone convinced me to see Dr. Rubin with his gentle and thorough approach to chiropractic care. He helped me through the discomfort of kidney stones (which he diagnosed from my initial x-rays), alleviated the discomfort in my back and joints and got rid of my daily headaches. Wow! I felt great and started excercising. I lost weight, successfully completed an Olympic length triathalon and am now training for my first 1/2 marathon. With some occasional adjustments, Dr. Rubin has kept me healthy and strong for 2 years. There are no words to describe how thankful I am for how he changed my life!
